The S.S. Badger offers the largest cross-lake passenger service on the Great Lakes and an authentic steamship experience. The 60-mile crossing from Ludington to Manitowoc, WI takes approximately four hours. Pets may travel aboard this ferry either inside your vehicle, or in one of the first-come, first-serve kennels on the auto deck. You may also use your own portable kennel. Note that the auto deck is not accessible during the cruise, so you will not be able to check on your pet.
