This botanical garden is located on the grounds of the Fort Raleigh historic site. Polite dogs are welcome on the grounds for a small admission fee ($3 as of spring 2020). You must keep them on a leash six feet or less and clean up after them. You are only allowed to bring one dog per adult. The park is open nearly every day of the year.
