Take this passenger and vehicle ferry to Middle Bass Island or to Put-In-Bay on South Bass Island. If you choose not to take your car to the island, you can rent a golf cart, take a taxi or take the public bus to get around South Bass Island. Middle Bass is only 1.5 miles long, and bike or golf carts are the preferred modes of transportation. Well behaved, leashed pets are allowed on the ferry. Note: There are restrictions on taking cars round-trip to the island on Sundays. Check the website for further details.
