Policy:
Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach before 8 AM and after 8 PM with access via end of Beach Street and the steps between the Surf Lifesaving Club and the end of the sea wall at the northern end of the Esplanade. Dogs are prohibited from all of the beach from the Salt Water Pool to the nearest piles on the beach to the north.
