The dog beach is located North of 8th Avenue and after the end of the boardwalk.
Dogs that are licensed and supervised are welcome on the Eighth Avenue Dog Beach at all times from September 15 to May 15. They can be off-leash if they are under voice control. During the summer months, dogs are allowed on the beach after 6 p.m. and before 8:30 a.m.
