From Hwy. 17: Take Hwy 174, 28 mi. to entrance of the town of Edisto Beach. As you enter the town limits, the entrance to the park will be on your left.
The nature center is small but well worth visiting. However, dogs are not allowed inside. Luckily, you'll find a large, covered porch with rocking chairs. So humans can take turns going inside while one waits with pets.
