Dogs are allowed to be off leash in the grass bowl from 6:00am to 10:00am, year round. In the waterfall pond area dogs must be on leash from June to September, 10:00am to 5:00pm. They are allowed to be off leash from October to May, all day and from June to September before 10:00am and after 5:00pm.
