Whatever you are looking for in a national park, chances are Golden Gate has it. There are many trails, historic structures, natural areas and public programs. Sites include Fort Mason, Alcatraz, Muir Woods, Marin Headlands, Presidio, Crissy Field, Fort Point, Sweeney and Milagra Ridges, and Mori Point. The pet policies of the different parcels vary widely, from areas allowing control walking, to areas were pets are not permitted at all.
