Timpanogos Cave National Monument sits high in the Wasatch Mountains. The cave system consists of three spectacularly decorated caverns. The cave system is uniquely known for its high abundance of helictites, its coloration in its formations, its display of fault-controlled passages, its alpine surroundings, and unique history. Leashed pets are permitted in some areas of the park, but are not allowed in the buildings, in the caves, or on cave trail. Leashes must be no longer than six feet. There is an on-site kennel with water provided for free if you decide to go on the cave trail.
