Pet Blogger Challenge Coming January 6-8th | GoPetFriendly.comEvery year has its ups and downs, but 2017 has seemed particularly tumultuous. With only a few weeks left before 2018 breaks on the horizon, the Pet Blogger Challenge has taken on deeper meaning for me this year.

For the past seven years, our community has come together virtually for a weekend in January to reflect on the previous year’s accomplishments and share our victories. This celebration is exactly what I need to get 2018 off on the right foot, and I hope the same is true for you!

Mark your calendars and tell your friends … the Pet Blogger Challenge is coming on January 6th, 7th, and 8th! All pet bloggers are invited to this inspiring community event, when we’ll celebrate 2017 and formulate our plans for the coming year.

Last year’s blog hop was fantastic, with 53 bloggers sharing ideas, building relationships, and supporting each other’s goals. No doubt this year’s event will be every bit as wonderful, so don’t miss it!

  • Hi Tori! I’m sorry you missed it. =( I don’t send out reminders email reminders (don’t want to be a pest) but I do post about it on FB, Twitter and in my monthly newsletter. Maybe add a reminder to your calendar to look for it next year in case you miss the announcement. It would be great to have you participate!

  • Hi Molly! I’m so sorry you missed this year’s Challenge. I always post the questions about a month in advance and share the dates on Facebook and Twitter. Be sure to add a reminder to your calendar to look for it next year if you don’t catch the announcement on social!

  • I guess I’m a little late to the game too. I just saw this yesterday and couldn’t get a post up in time. Can you put me on the list for next year if you give a heads up to anyone?

  • My pleasure, Monika. I love hosting this event – it one of my favorite posts of the year! I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with family emergencies and I hope you’ll be able to join us, even if you post needs to be a short one. All my best to you in 2018!

  • As always, I find these things a bit late (this year had a family emergency that has kept me sidelined for the nearly 4 weeks past smack dab in the middle of the ‘howliday’s. But I think I might still take this ‘challenge’ and at least create a game plan for when things ease up a bit with the family. Thank you for sharing this opportunity to all of us pet bloggers!

  • I always love this challenge so much. It’s so important to take the time to reflect on where you’ve been, where you want to go and evaluate the most effective ways to get there.

  • Hi Bee! I’m looking forward to reading your entry. Everyone answers all the questions in one post, but with different blogging schedules, I leave the linky list up for three days so everyone has a chance to link up. See you soon!

  • Love this, I have been working on my blog for a while and still have so much to learn. Looking forward to the challenge. I am unclear about the topics: 3 days and 10 topics? Do I just choose the once I want to write about?

  • This is awesome! I just started my blog a couple months ago. I am really enjoying finding great pet blogging resources and communities. I will join in on the challenge!! I will also be sharing this. Thanks! :)
