Policy Details

Other than service dogs, pets are not allowed in RiverBend buildings. A maximum of two pets per lot are permitted. Pets must be leashed at all times. Retractable leashes should not be used when walking your pet. Pets are not allowed outside unsupervised. Pet pens and/or fences are not allowed. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please do not dispose of pet waste in any building trash receptacles.
