Policy Details

Pets can only be left in the room alone if the Front Desk is informed that the guest will be gone. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be leashed outside the room. Pets must be 18 months or older and fully vaccinated. You are responsible for extra cleaning for pet hair and odors.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel by your pet.
And, of course you must pick up all droppings on the hotel or marina grounds.
Excessive barking will not be tolerated. If your dog barks continuously from 7pm-11am during your stay, and another guest complains, you will be asked to move to a different room if possible, or asked to leave the Inn without refund.
