Policy Details

Renter agrees to remove
and clean any pet hair from the property upon departure. In the event that housekeeping finds pet hair
on or at the premises, an additional cleaning may be required in order to remove pet hair. In this case,
Renter will be billed for the extra charges incurred by housekeeping to remove the pet hair. Pets are
defined as DOGS only. No cats or other animals are permitted on ANY PROPERTY AT ANY TIME
REGARDLESS IF THE PROPERTY IS DESIGNATED PET-FRIENDLY OR OTHERWISE.
8a. Service animals are allowed in the unit/complex (with proper documentation). However, all service
dog(s) must be leashed at all times when on the grounds of the complex and dog owner is responsible
for picking up after the dog. A violation of the leash requirement and/or picking up after the dog will
result in a penalty of $100 for each violation. Please note that all properties allow service animals, and
therefore pet dander and/or pet hair may be possible even at non-pet-friendly units. Nomadness
cannot be held responsible for any traces of pet hair found in the units and renters with allergies
cannot be held responsible for any traces of pet hair found in the units and renters with allergies
should book at their own discretion. Pet fee of $75 (plus tax) must be paid at reservation. If not paid then a $1000 penalty plus the pet fee will be charged to the
Renter's credit card.
