Inside, the spacious living area features rustic wood paneling and ceiling beams, creating a cozy cabin retreat. The wood-burning fireplace provides an inviting focal point and offers the perfect place to snuggle up after a day out on the ski slopes.
There's a flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player, plus complimentary WiFi so you'll stay entertained. This home also has a private washer/dryer for your convenience.
Next to the living area, you'll find a dining table with seating for six. ANIMALS: Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, ants, spiders and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This home allows 1 large dog or 2 small dogs. If dogs are left alone, they must be left in a crate. An extra fee applies. This home allows 6 occupants and 3 cars.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU READ THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING VACATION RENTALS BEFORE BOOKING.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
