We offer a one bedroom (master), one bath (full size bath) home (800+sqft), & full kitchen. Everything needed for a short term stay is provided (cooking utensils, linens, towels, etc), including a washer & dryer. For your furry friends I provide food bowls (one set) & a medium sized crate. We have many pets & understand it can be stressful & difficult to find pet friendly lodging that is affordable. We also offer pet sitting for days that you may be away from the home.
Our nightly rate for weekdays is $79, weekend are $85 nightly. We offer a 25% discount for weekly stays & a 65% discount for stays 28 days or more. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

We have many pets of our own & try to be very flexible and easy going when it comes to guest pets. The only thing we ask is that you keep your dog on a leash at all times while outside of the home. Also, recognize that if a cat, bird, hamster, etc.. were to escape the home during your stay we cannot be held responsible.
