ACCORDING TO THE PROPERTY WEBSITE, THIS LOCATION IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, WE HAVE CONFIRMED DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER THAT THEY DO ACCEPT CATS AND DOGS OF VARIOUS SIZES AFTER AN ACCEPTABLE PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW WITH POTENTIAL RENTERS.

This one-room, pet friendly cottage sleeps up to 4 people. It's stocked with everything you need for your stay. And its location on 10 acres with several fenced areas allows your pup to have some off-leash fun. The outdoor seating area has a hibachi grill.

Convenient to all Central Florida attractions from Legoland to the Tampa theme parks. And with over 100 lakes nearby, you'll have access to world class fishing (there's room on the property for your boat!). The famous world heritage site, Bok Tower, Gardens and Carillon Bell Tower is a 10 minute drive away (and is pet friendly with a $5 per pet fee. The cottage is close to everything but also quiet and private. Owners live on the property.

Policy Details

This property has no fees or restrictions on the size or breed of dog. But you must interview with the owner prior to having your pet accepted. If pets are to be left attended there is a Pet-sitting charge of
$10.00 per hour plus $ 5.00 for each additional pet. Pets will be attended to either in- room or in the dog-run . Cats may be left unattended with prior approval or caged. They charge a $25 deposit and $25 cleaning fee after you leave the property. Please be aware that the owners also have outdoor cats and a small dog. Pets must be fully vaccinated and provide proof.
