A clubhouse, just a couple blocks away, has a shared, heated, saltwater pool and gym, and beyond that are all the wonderful restaurants, shops, and activities of Lincoln City.

Whether you're here with your family, a group of friends, or anyone in between, guests of all ages and interests will feel relaxed and comfortable in this well-furnished home. There are four parking spots available here, ideal for multiple families or visitors traveling from different areas. (Please note that on-street parking is not allowed.)

Walk in through the front door and you will find yourself in the spacious living room. Sit on the bright and inviting sectional sofa and visit with loved ones, enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace, or flip on the TV for extra entertainment. With cable programming, a DVD player with selection of DVDs, and WiFi throughout the home, it's easy to settle in for a movie night or to Skype with loved ones back home.

Next to the living room is the full kitchen, which offers plenty of space and all the modern tools you may need. Smooth granite countertops and fun extras such as a blender, food processor, ample spices, and plenty of beer and wine glasses will make the chef in your group feel right at home. There are two seats at the kitchen counter so guests can relax while still keeping an eye on the stove, a pub table next to the kitchen for a puzzle or early-morning breakfast, and a large dining table with bench seating will accommodate family-style dinners, board games, poker nights, scrapbooking sessions, and many other bonding activities.

The main level also has a mud room with a laundry area, as well as a convenient half bathroom. If you walk outside into the enclosed backyard, you will find a serene and quiet space where everyone can relax and enjoy the sunshine! Use the gas grill to cook up a casual lunch and sit at the outdoor table to eat.

There's even an outdoor warm-water shower to rinse off sandy feet after returning from the beach! A private hot tub is the perfect place to soothe any tired muscles or do a little stargazing to cap off a fun-filled day of vacationing.

Back inside, walk up the stairs to the second level, which contains all three bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own TV, access to a front-facing balcony overlooking the park, an attached full bathroom, and a cozy queen-size bed. In the second bedroom you will find another comfortable queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom is perfect for kids (sleeping up to six children) with a set of full-size bunk beds with an additional twin trundle. Also provided are a Pack 'N Play for infants, a selection of toys, an Xbox, and a TV with a DVD player and some movies and games. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects this bedroom with the second room. There's another twin-size bed for kids available as a fold-out sofa.

This home is equipped to sleep up to 10 guests (seven adults maximum, please). It's particularly well suited for families with children! Dogs are welcome for an additional nightly pet fee.

There's also a unique space located above the garage, which can be accessed via an outdoor staircase. This fun game room is an oasis and has entertainment options including a foosball table, TV with a DVD player, a movie selection, a Wii system with games and controllers, and some board games and toys. The kids (or fun-loving adults) will adore this separate space! The game room does not have its own bathroom, but there is a futon for naps or lounging.

Though the inside of this house is spectacular and filled with all sorts of amenities, you will surely want to explore more of the community and the town! Start with a walk to the park, just across the street, then check out the clubhouse and walk down to the ocean. The coastline stretches for miles in both directions, so you can enjoy plenty of time spent beachcombing, building sand castles, jogging, and dipping your toes in the refreshing water.

Elsewhere around town you will find a surprising variety of restaurants, ranging from seafood to Thai cuisine to classic comfort food eateries and much more. Go hunting for the perfect souvenir at the shops that line Highway 101, spend an afternoon antiquing, or visit the outlet mall. This may seem like a small town, but with activities ranging from golfing to gambling at the Chinook Winds Casino to taking a glass blowing class, there's something for everyone!

If you want to explore a little more, you can go boating or fishing in Devils Lake, hike around nearby trails, or hop in the car to check out more of the coast! Drive south to Depoe Bay, the whale-watching capital of the world, and take a fishing or whale-watching charter out to sea. Keep driving south to bustling Newport, which has a charming downtown area and the iconic Oregon Coast Aquarium. If you drive north instead of south, you will reach trendy Pacific City and sleepy Neskowin, though you can easily stay right here in lovely Lincoln City and explore everything this town has to offer!
