From your prime spot up on the sixth floor of the Park Avenue West Tower downtown, located on Southwest 9th Avenue between Morrison and Yamhill, you'll enjoy stunning city views of Portland's Eastside and many sites and attractions within walking distance.

When you want to try Portland's diverse and eclectic restaurant scene, walk just two blocks south to Barlow Artisanal Bar for 1920s-inspired cocktails and refined small plates. A few blocks north, Little Bird serves French bistro fare with an inventive menu.
