This modern and well-decorated condo is in the corner of the building, where you'll have sweeping views of two different parts of the city.

When you first step through the front door, take note of the lovely hardwood floors and the beautiful kitchen area with quartz countertops and energy-efficient stainless steel appliances like a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. And with a coffee grinder, coffeemaker, and French press, you'll never have to go without your morning cup of joe.

You'll find two dining areas here, one with two stools by the kitchen and the other a small dining table with four chairs closer to the living room. Both dining areas are wonderful for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying dinner in the evening!

The living room has a luxurious dark brown leather couch and a flatscreen TV with a Blu-ray player and Netflix streaming. You are also more than welcome to bring your own laptop along and access the free wireless Internet.

Four guests can sleep here very comfortably! Next to the living area, you'll find a private bedroom connected to the living room by a sliding door. This room has a queen-size bed and its own spacious closet.

The wrap-around windows in the master bedroom include views of the north side of the city and the mountains to the east, and you'll have a lovely sitting area with two bright blue chairs to enjoy the scenery right from your room. If you wake up extra early, you might even catch a beautiful sunrise from your comfortable queen-size bed. This bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom, and you'll find another full bathroom by the front door.

One dog (under 25 pounds, please) is welcome to come too for a small nightly fee. Other amenities include a private washer/dryer, an iron/ironing board, and an energy-efficient heating and cooling system.

Whether you want to stop by all of the famous tourist attractions like VooDoo Doughnut, Powell's Books, and the "Keep Portland Weird" mural, or you want to try your hand at living like a local, exploring eclectic neighborhoods on the Eastside and taking the public transit around to try as many food cart pods as possible, this downtown condo serves as the perfect home base for your Portland getaway.

If you're in town for a show, you'll be less than a 15-minute walk from Keller Auditorium and a five-minute walk from Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Guests visiting for an event at the Oregon Convention Center can take the MAX directly over the river. The Blue, Green, and Red MAX lines all go directly to the convention center!

You could also take the MAX to North Mississippi Avenue for some of the most popular bars in the area and a taste of Portland's hip, youthful culture.
