Carefree beach living is spread out over two levels, with a master bedroom, full kitchen, second bedroom, and two additional unique sleeping areas in the loft. The living room features lots of windows for natural light, comfortable furniture (including a queen futon), and a TV with dish service, a DVD player, and DVD library full of movies. Here, you can gather your friends and family around for a fun movie night or an evening of board games.

The full kitchen has all the appliances needed for vacation meals - start the day with scrambled eggs and bacon, and finish it with a roast chicken. Of course, if you don't feel like cooking, you can always head out to one of the area's restaurants.

Also on the main level, there's a laundry room so your group will always have clean, warm clothes, and a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a lovely antique armoire. For added convenience, there's also three bathrooms - one with a tub, the other two with walk-in showers.

Upstairs, knotty pine paneling gives the space a cozy, cabin feel. There are two sleeping alcoves, each with a twin sized bed, and one space even has its own TV and VCR. The bedroom has two queen sized beds and a queen size futon. A cute little upper-level deck is just the space to enjoy a quiet conversation over a glass of wine. This ocean getaway will sleep 10 guests comfortably! Two dogs are welcome for an additional nightly fee.

From here, it's only a short walk across the street to the beach access trail and then you can enjoy the views of the famous Twin Rocks, walk along the shore, or build sand castles. At the end of the day, when you're all back at the house, talk about the day's adventures at the backyard picnic table or roast marshmallows in the fire pit.

Of course, Rockaway Beach is a great location for planning day trips all throughout the Northern Oregon Coast. A short 20 minute drive will take you to Tillamook for an afternoon of cheese tasting at the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Only 10 minutes north is Manzanita, a beautiful ocean-side city with seven miles of sandy, pristine beach. And when you want to stay close to the house, you're only a 15 minute walk from the main drag's restaurants, antique shops, and ice cream parlors.
