Entering through the door to the lower level you'll find a sleeping area that is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds and a comfortable queen-size bed. On rainy days, lounge around on the bed and watch a movie or show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

Just off this room is a bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a wall cabinet for more storage space. Set on the other side of the laundry room, which has a washer and dryer for your convenience, is a second sleeping area with a queen-size bed.

Head up the outdoor staircase to the extensive wraparound porch and take in the amazing beach views. Watch the tide come in and the waves crash along the shore before heading inside to find a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living room.

Furnished with three leather and wooden armchairs, a sofa, and a loveseat, the living room will easily become the place to be! Play a game across the lovely wood coffee table, gaze out the windows at the rain clouds rolling in, or watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Cable, a Blu-ray DVD player, and WiFi are all included here so movie nights are a necessity.

Sit down for a home-cooked meal at the rich wood dining room table for six, or step outside when the weather is nice to take in some sunshine while you eat.

Cooking meals for 14 people can be a doozy, but with this well stocked kitchen, any chef will have the courage to take on that feat! Along with all the major appliances, there are also a microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and coffee grinder. And when you're done stuffing your tummy with tasty food, quickly clean up by tossing the dishes in the dishwasher.

Down the hall are two nicely decorated bedrooms and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has another queen bed as well as a set of twin bunk beds. Among the 10 beds here, 14 guests have a comfortable place to sleep each night.

Rockaway Beach has plenty of fun antique shops to browse, eateries to try, and miles of beach to explore. Hike through the lush green forests nearby, or drive a little farther to any of the state parks for more hiking, horseback riding, and more. Just 15 miles away is Tillamook, which houses the air museum and the Tillamook Cheese Factory which you can tour to watch the cheese be made, taste some of the most delicious ice cream ever, and shop in their gift store.
