With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this fifth-floor condo is an ideal size for four guests. Don't worry - you won't have to carry your luggage up any stairs because there is an elevator. This condo is also dog-friendly, and you're welcome to bring up to two dogs along with you as long as you're aware there is a nightly pet fee.

Inside, you will have an open living room with cozy seating, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player and VCR. There's even a large library of family-friendly VHS movies so you can snuggle up and enjoy a quiet evening in! And, with a selection of books, plus board games for all ages, everyone will be entertained in between trips to the beach! If you're traveling with kids, they will be delighted to find baskets of sand toys to make your time on the shore even more fun.

A full kitchen has all the major appliances (even a dishwasher for easy cleanup), plus plenty of cooking tools and dishes. Whipping up tasty home-cooked meals here will be a breeze! Sit down together at the dining room table where you can enjoy your meal while looking out the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows that span the south-facing wall.

A balcony has a view of the town, Tillamook Head, and Coast Range Mountains, and if you look to the west you will see the sparkling ocean and coastline. This balcony has incredibly comfortable chairs and would be a fantastic place to sit, relax, and enjoy the views. You could even bring your favorite book and a cup of coffee outside and breathe in the fresh air while listening to the waves crash on the nearby shore.

Back inside, one bedroom offers a queen-size bed while the second has a king bed and its own TV with a DVD player. There are also two full bathrooms, one of which is accessible from the hallway and has a shower, and another which is attached to the master bedroom and offers a tub/shower combination. Two air mattresses allow a maximum of six guests to stay at once.

WiFi is also provided, making it easy to stay in touch with your loved ones back home or to keep up with work email. This home is ideal for a couple or two, a few close friends, or even a small family of up to four. Within the complex you will also have access to a shared pool and sauna, so be sure to bring your swimsuit! Since the beach is so close - just on the other side of the Promenade - you can easily stroll over to enjoy the sand and surf. The 1.5-mile Prom parallels the coastline, and is a fantastic place to go for a run, bicycle-ride, or scenic walk. If you stroll north just two blocks you will find yourself on bustling Broadway Street, the main drag of town. There are plenty of family-friendly restaurants, fun souvenir shops, candy stores, and even a large arcade! Seaside is well known for being a great family destination, and you may like to visit the child-friendly Seaside Aquarium, take your teens kayaking on the Necanicum River, go for a ride at the Carousel Mall, or rent bicycles for a fun ride around town!

Elsewhere around town you will find a golf course, outlet mall, parks, and plenty of coastal charm. The mouth of the river, just to the north of town, is a great place to go clamming. If you like to hike, Tillamook Head and Ecola State Park, both to the south of town, are fantastic options. And, with nearby towns including Cannon Beach, Gearhart, Astoria, and even Tillamook within an easy daytrip away, you will have no trouble finding ways to stay busy here!
