In the living room you'll find a couple comfortable couches and a leather recliner in which to enjoy a book or conversation with the gas fireplace roaring, or for watching a DVD from the collection on the flatscreen cable TV. The hand-carved decor on top of the mantle gives this room some extra charm.

Head into the bright space of the kitchen to find everything you need to make a family meal. There's even a dishwasher to make clean-up easy! As many as eight will fit around the table here to eat together, and a large collection of wine glasses may inspire your beverage choice.

On the other side of the kitchen is a separate family room with more couches and a TV with DVD player. Kids will likely gravitate towards this room, leaving the other room for the adults.

Three separate decks give you plenty of choice for outside seating. One deck in front features wooden lounge chairs and an umbrella to provide shade from the sun. Another deck on the side has a gas grill and patio chairs to relax in while you cook.

The third and largest deck offers privacy with a surrounding wall, and features two large tables with umbrellas and an oversized hot tub to fit a large party. Night is prime soaking time, with a stunning view of the starry desert sky. This space is enclosed by gates so you can let your dogs run free if you decide to bring them (please note a small nightly fee).

There are three bedrooms and two full baths, making this house suitable for up to eight people. One room has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a TV/DVD player. Another bedroom has an extra-long twin and a standard twin bed. A queen-sized sofabed in the family room will sleep two more.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with dual bedside lamps, a flatscreen TV, and a full private bath with two sinks. There's another full bath in the hallway for easy access.

In the laundry room you'll find a private washer/dryer and a set of crib-sized bunk beds for small children. WiFi is available for your convenience.

Bikes and a Ping-Pong table in the garage provide more sources for entertainment, and Sunriver offers plenty to see and do.

In the winter, Mt Bachelor is the destination for downhill skiing. Just a 20-mile drive will take you to the powdery slopes that draw people from all over. In the summer the Cascade Lakes Highway clears of snow and opens up a ton of beautiful lakes and mountains for fishing and exploring.
