Located within the Bayshore Beach Club, this home has access to a spectacular stretch of sand in Waldport just on the north side of the Alsea River. Please note that to use the Bayshore's pool, which is only open in the summers, you must purchase a day pass. The beach is a short 50 feet away (via a somewhat hilly path), and around town you will find plenty of restaurants, some shops, and great crabbing, clamming, and fishing opportunities.

Colorful and modern, the interior of this home has pops of bright colors that will put you in the mood to have fun! Ample sunlight streams in through skylights and large windows, creating a homey feel.

Inside, walk over to the living room to find enormous windows that offer jaw-dropping views of the nearby ocean. Have a seat on the chairs or sofa and get a fire going in the wood-burning fireplace, then turn on the TV and watch some cable programming. While you're here you will also have a DVD player, WiFi access, and board games to keep you busy when you're not out walking on the beach.

A full kitchen is decorated with exotic blue tiles and features everything the chef in your group may need to prepare culinary delights. There is plenty of space for everyone at the dining room table. Just past the kitchen are a laundry room and a bathroom.

When it's time to head to bed, you and your guests will have plenty of comfortable places to rest. Two rooms have soft and warm queen-size beds, one has a full-size bed, and there's even a cozy sleeping area with two twin beds that would be a great place for children to sleep. There is another shared full bathroom, and the master bathroom features a gorgeous jetted bathtub and a spacious shower.

All in all, up to eight guests will be perfectly comfortable here. You're even welcome to bring up to two dogs with you, though please note that an additional nightly fee will apply. But with so much space and such close beach access, you will surely want to bring your loved ones and dogs to enjoy this wonderful home.

Downstairs there is even a room with a Ping-Pong table that will delight any young (or young-at-heart) guests! The back deck leads directly to the beach, so you can spend as much time enjoying the sand and surf as possible.

In lovely Waldport you will find just about everything you may need to have a fantastic time. There is a grocery store where you can stock up on supplies, some shops to explore, and some great restaurants (be sure to try the breakfast platters at Carol's Cafe!). The Alsea River runs right through town, and you can use the Alsea Bay dock to launch your boat and go fishing or crabbing, though you can also try dock crabbing right from the shore or go clamming during low tide.

Around this stretch of the Central Coast there are plenty of fantastic ways to stay busy. Make sure to drive about 15 minutes south of Waldport to Cape Perpetua for some absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean. Keep driving south just a few minutes to reach the scenic Heceta Head Lighthouse. If you head north from Waldport about 20 minutes you will reach the larger Newport, which offers a famous aquarium, plenty of fabulous restaurants, shopping, and much more.
