Please note wristbands are required to be worn at all times. There is a $10 fee for wristbands year round, with the exception of Peak Season, Spring Break, and Holy Week. During these times, wristbands will be $40. Guests must leave all wristbands in the condo upon checkout and there is a $50 fee for any wristbands that are not returned. There is a $250 fine for parking passes that are not displayed in vehicles.
